Ok, guys. The word is in, and it's not good. I'm told that due to technical problems, the chapter can't go up today and hopefully will first thing in the morning. I'm very sorry about this. It's beyond my control, and angry messages to me and/or my publisher can't fix it. I'm crossing my fingers for tomorrow
